Hi, I am Meghan. I’m a devoted single mom to a vibrant little girl named Vivienna. Our family values are: Love Hard, Be Courageous, Have Fun, Be Kind, Respect Others, and Live Healthy. I’m full of positive energy, a natural connector and speaker, genuine and always looking to push the envelope.

 

I’m passionate about People, Culture and Learning, and throughout my career, have helped independent, national and international organizations with initiatives around organizational change, culture-by-design, employee experience, recruitment, onboarding, training and development, and much more.  My experience spans industries such as hospitality, retail, executive search, security, healthcare, technology, real-estate, and construction. Aside from Human Resources, I have a diverse background in Marketing, Business Management and Operations. 

 

In 2019 I went independent and have since developed company-wide strategies to help build culture and L&D as a competitive advantage for many organizations.

I’m a certified coach, a professional volunteer of JABC, and a mentor to young women through programs at BCIT, Capilano College, Windermere Elementary, YWIB, and YES Vancouver.
