Folk Fyrst works with key members of your team to identify and/or crystallize your company purpose and desired culture. From there, to create tangible and actionable connections, we help curate brand values and behaviours that support the values and the purpose your organization is looking to achieve.

Employee Journey Mapping

From there, we construct an employee journey map -including the 7 key stages from pre-onboarding through to off-boarding. We'll assess the EX at each stage in conjunction with the desired culture, values, behaviours, and experience identified in step one.  We will generate a gap analysis to identify any discontent between current EX and desired.

Roadmap & Execution

With the information and data gathered in stage 1 & 2, Folk Fyrst will then create a comprehensive roadmap complete with short and long term initiatives designed to close the gap between current and desired culture and employee experience. The roadmap will include OKR's, timelines, metrics for success, and required resources. At this stage recommendations are made.
